I had bought a SAMSUNG 32 inch LED television on 23rd July. Within 23 days, the television screen went blank with horizontal lines appearing. When I tried reaching to their customer care, my calls were transferred from one department to the other and no one was willing to register the complaint. Finally when they did, their representative who visited did not reveal what the problem was and said I’ll be receiving call from the company. I have been writing to the company with some junior executive responding who is just saying, they will offer a 2 month extended warranty and replace the PANEL, not willing to disclose how big is this technical issue. When asked for a replacement, their response is that as per company policy we cannot replace it and will only replace the panel. I have spent 30000/- on a TV and its been lying not functioning for the past 3 weeks. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP
