Dear Team,

I have been facing Issues with LG India, due to faulty LED being sold to me and now finally when they are not able to give any solution to this they are just holding my LED with them for almost 2 weeks with them in there Service Centre.

Detail Mails sent to them are below fyr and know what exactly is the issue.

Dear Team,

After loging below complain or basis existing logged call, I had got your people visited at home who said that as per the fault it is required to be sent to service centre and if they will not be able to resolve the problem then it will be replaced. and on 26th June, 2012, your people had come to collect the LED to get the problem resolved, and they had said that they will update me max by 28th June EOD for the action what is to be done, if this is getting repaired or replaced.

But till today i have not got any call from the service centre and not even I have been given any direct number for service centre to get in touch with them.

After 5 days to pickup, NO information is being shared for the same and even I don’t know what kind of fault is there big or small which is taking so much time for the team to revert for the action what is actually happening.

In this case what I understand is that team at service centre is not able to identify the issue and would want to get my Faulty LED replaced with NEW LED.

As the fault is there from the begining(date of purchase) in LED and your installation enginers were also not able to ractified this.

Would want to get some positive reply from the team instead of just getting auto reply on the issue.

Dear Team,

Writing this mail is making to feel like bad after sales service by LG.

I had bought my LED in October and then demo was not provided properly as person came was not aware of 3D options and usage of Magic Motion Remote.

As it was of no use to me at that time I did not raise a request again, but now when I wanted to use that I logged a call to your customer care 14th June, 2012, with Request ID RNA120614068612, where person came again considering this call is for installation of LED and was again not aware of both the things and called up someone to help then he came to know that he will send someone else with service remote, but no one came, I logged a call again on 16th June, 2012 with Request ID RNA120616045045, where person came and told that there is some problem with mother board of LED which is to be change to get the magic motion remote work and he will replace it in next 2 days and for Demo of 3D someone else will come, but no one came and even today I got a message from LG Customer Care for closure of request and asking for feedback, where I am not able to understand how come this is expected from a brand like LG where this kind of after sales service is provided, and even your manuals say 24*7 Customer Care support on toll free number but when we call them they say from 8 AM to 8 PM only.

I am really not able to understand that knowing that products are good from LG but after sales service is bad, so should I buy LG products with LG or not even in NEW LED LCD 3D TV a part is not working from beginning and it is found that motherboard is not working after 8 months of operations and 3rd visit made by the engineer, where this is really not acceptable from LG as a NEW product if this problem would have been told to me in the first visit at the time of installation then I would have gone to consumer court and got it replaced, but now I don’t think you people will even accept this and I will get any positive response from consumer court also, but knowing this kind of service I am understanding not to but any LG product in future even if they are better than other brands but considering the after sales service I would never want to go for LG basis this bitter experience.

Would request you to get the same resolved on urgent basis with permanent solution to it without any delay, otherwise I anyways have to go to consumer court for the support from there.
