Faulty landline phone model M-65

Hi,

I have purchased five from Beetel(Model No. M-65) two months back for office purpose. While using it i have faced problem in MUTE option.

This phone has option of MUTE, which means only mic should be off and on speaker i can hear others voice.

I reported it at service center and ask them to fix it or replace it with some higher model and whatever be the difference i will pay if replaced.

Initially they have said that, there is no hardware problem and the problem is with software, so it can be replaced and new phones will be provided.

But the day i have to recieve phone , they were saying we can’t replace phone ,it is very difficult and you have to take phone to Gurgaon service centre and get it repaired from there.

These are Service Center guys to whom i have contacted and phones are still with them.

Its been more than 15days they were doing nothing just putting call from here and there.

These phone are useless for me if MUTE option is not working and it will be very difficult for us to talk to client on conference. My money is struck and also not abe to use the phones.

Please try to take some necessary action.
