Faulty Item – No replacement

I ordered an MP3 Player with a 4 GB memory card worth Rs 420 on IndiaPlaza on 1-June-2012 (Order No : I31051200006). I got a faulty Item. I lodged a complaint into IndiaPlaza for replacing the Item (Ticket No : CNT0606120004). The Customer Care for IndiaPlaza said that I will get the replacement or the money back. It has been over a month now and still they have not replaced the item or returned my money.I have been following up with them every alternate day and everytime they say to bear for another 48 hours.I followed up today (2-July-2012) and found that the item has still not been shipped. Please take action against this.
