I had purchased a Computer Sound Card for Rs.250 on 20-08-2014 from J.S.Computer Center Address :- 15A, Chandni Chowk Street, Kolkata – 700072. Phone : 03322361976 and 9830999424. when i checked the Sound card it was faulty. As it wanted to sell my computer and it was very urgent so purchased another Sound card from my area for Rs350 and sold my computer. Now i tried to return the Sound card and get the amount back but they are not doing the same. They are offering me a replacement which of NO use as i already sold my computer. first of all they gave me a faulty Sound card and there is nothing written on the bill stating that goods ones purchased cannot be refunded. So I just want them to take their faulty device and give back my money.
Please help me regarding the same.
