Faulty installation of geyser and no resolution of complaint

I bought an electric geyser from Koryo on 17/12/2017. The geyser was not fitted properly due to which i have not been able to use the geyser till now. When I lodged the complaint regarding this issue, they said that some part was missing due to which the geyser was not fitted properly. They said to send a technician with that part and get the issue resolved. But till today no one has come. I have called multiple times on customer care too, but no satisfactory response has been given. Every time they just give a new date to send their man but still i am just waiting for the problem to get resolved. As geyser is to be used for winters only and one month has already passed, what a waste of my money will it be, if the issue is not resolved in the coming days too. I am not only highly disappointed but mentally harassed too by the way I am treated as a customer. I now want compensation for the harassment that has been done by Koryo company or refund of my amount paid for the product. Such type of customer service is not acceptable when a non functional product has been sold. I hope i’ll get a solution for my problem soon.
