I have purchased the coolpad mobile hand set from Big Boss mobile stores,BSEL Technical park, near railway sation Vashi in 22/5/11. From Dec i have facing some connectivity problems. It is a One CDMA 2 GSM sim containing handset.
It has started showing GSM sim as a invalid sim, some time CDMA seraching network, in this case the handset is on but phone call and sms activities of GSM also stopped. For this I started to visit several time to the shop. Initially they said that it is the problem of sim. So I bullied the GSM sim service provider to change the sim card. Even after that I faced the same problem. When approached in this matter this time vendor referred to the service point situated above the vashi railwstation. They kept it for 40 days. After that they returned it simply. This is the service provided by the vendor and handset manufacurer.
