Faulty Handset Nokia E6

I had purchased a Nokia E-6 mobile from Mulund west in January 2012 at the cost of 15,500 Rs.
Since the same month i have been various facing the various below problems. After complaining for around 6-7 times and writing emails to their head. I got my handset replaced 15 days before around 12th June 2012.

The very next day i again started facing the same issue of my handset getting restart and network issues.
Since then i have been regularly following up with nokia on email. But no response neither a call from them to ask me what has happened.

I want my money back or a brand new handset (box) of the same to be assured.

Request if someone can help me solve this issue. Some guidance on what can be done further.

My earlier complaint below after which nokia gave a swapped handset to me

Dear Sir/Madam

I had purchased nokia E-6 from an Mulund shop in January.
Since that month onwards i have been facing problems with the mobile. I have visited your nokia care in mulund atleast 8 times. Once they had sent my handset to the HO and other times they tried to do something at their end.

I appreciate them for their service, but still my problem hasn’t been solved. Still facing the following problems.
1. Major Network issue at every place (my wife using nokia x-3 has better network than my phone at the same place)
2. Phone getting restarted atleast once everyday
3. Phone getting hanged.
4. Also have already changed the vodafone simcard twice
5. Net connection lost (also because of network issue)
6. phone keys not working suddenly (once in every 3-4 days).

I had also requested the head of the mulund nokia care branch to request HO to replace this handset. The same might have been communicated to you but the request denied.

I have been frustrated day in and day out for these issues and it has affected my business too.

This is strong request from my end to ask you to replace my phone or solve my problem permanently.

Also provide me an alternate Email Id wherein i can raise this issue.
