Faulty Food Processor

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Inalsa Maxie Plus Food Processor from one of the authorized dealer in Noida. I am facing the problem from the day of purchase as there was not proper wiring inside the machine. After successful demonstration of machine the brake down problem came after one month which was resolved by their service engineer, again after one and half month the brake down came in machine and this time the time taken to attend the service around a week and problem was its overload protector switch which was successfully replaced by them, again after 2-3 months the brake down problem came and the fault was same as last fault its overload protector switch was faulty and then replaced. Now my machine is again on brake down and its a week passed to lodge the complaint but not attended till date and i have to follow up daily for status of service engineer but not attended yet even they had also given assurance that service engineer will visit today but no body came to attend the service today also.

You are requested to kindly provide us the appropriate compensation due to inconvenient caused by faulty product or provide replacement of this faulty product.
