I Had purchased An Elica Chimney Model Elica Ametista 60 Power + ELK
From your dealer in Thane Moms Magic At Talao Pali
I had Purchased the product on 13th may 2011 and indtalled by Sahadat
Ent. on 16th may 2011
I shifted at that place on 22nd May 2012 and found that chimney
buttons had fallen inside since that time i had not used the product.
when i placed the complaint with moms magic he gave complaint to the
service centre at Pune
but oops your service people called me after 12 th june 2012 and
since then they could not repair the problem.
I therefore REQUEST you to give my money back.
Also The installation done by Sahadat Ent. is also not according to
your specifications
Kindly Do at the earliest to give my money back for the faulty Product
