Faulty Car/Product

In september-11, i bought new Hyundai Verna fluidic -1.4 ( MP-04-CH-4550) I bought this car from CI Hyundai Bhopal.

But suddenly after 1st service – I have been facing some or the other issues when it comes to servicing the car.

First issue: I felt little bubbling during the slow drive – When i have taken this issue in-front of service center , they said there is no such issue found in this car – but i was feeling it & thought may be its some road issue or my perception – so i started driving the car in the same condition & soon i get habitual of driving that bubbling car – it was my mistake that i have not taken this issue in-front of any higher official of Hyundai.

Second issue: After 4 Months of my purchase one sudden day i found some issue with the switch of AC-vent , it was not working properly ! I visited service station again & registered the complain for faulty switch & in response i was asked to wait for 1 week time as that part was not available that time & so i did. After a period of one week i visited the service centre to get my problem resolved but that part was still not available at the service centre , i again asked for the time & they asked me to wait for another 7 days & i did it again. After 7 days or so i visited again but the situation was the same. So i started to taking follow-up over phone , it took one and a half month to resolve that issue.

Third Issue: After repairing AC switch , i started feeling some cooling issue with AC & i quickly visited to service centre again & they did something with the AC & given my car back to me , but issue was not resolved , so in frustration i made a complain @ Hyundai website – & very next day i got the call from the call from the service centre that they want my car to rectify the issue- next day have given my car again to them – this time i clearly brief them about the issue “ that the issue is AC got trip when car speed gets down “ due to which i am not getting any cooling effect. I told them clearly that there must some electronic issue with the car due to which all problems are coming. They took whole day to deliver my car back & in evening time they asked me to give satisfaction letter for the work they have done, i clearly mentioned my remark in that letter “ that in evening i could not fine cooling issue & will give my exact feedback in next 1-2 days “. After three four day i felt the same issue which i made in notice to workshop manager. From that day onwards i am keep-on visiting the service centre but unfortunately my issue is not resolved yet.

During this period the bubbling issue has increased for which i did wheel alignment , balancing , rotation but no change found & when two days back i asked workshop team about this issue they took my car for whole day & said its because of some AC part which they have ordered & will take 1 week to come.

Fourth Issue: On the same night when i got my car back from service centre , i found a new issue with the head light switch / ignition which was not working properly & due to which one bulb got fused . next day i again visited the service centre to let them aware about the issue & not found any proper resolution , they have changed the bulb from new bulb which i got at the time of purchase the car.

In last 4 months i did not get resolution on my AC issue , 7 months for bubbleing issue – I can go on & on with the issues but I see this as no end , i am feeling like driving a low noice tampo.

Believe me, the whole experience with dealing Hyundai has left a very bad opinion about the company & I am very sure that they will still continue to do this sort of creepy work after going thru this mail. I just wanted to keep you informed with what is going on in hyundai service centre’s. I also do not want to spend a single rupee on any thing that you will replace as this is still in warranty period + the pain & agony that you guys have given me every time I visit you.

It must be some manufacturing fault with this car , i would suggest you to please replace the car .
