Faulty Byke Bajaj Pulser NS200

Hi,
This Is Kishor Dhatavkar. I brought Bajaj Pulsar 200NS on 07/01/2013. Bike started giving me problem withinn 1 week of purchase. This byke starts only with Battery/Button, there is no Kick to start. Within these 2 months of purchase it’s 3rd time byke giving me problem of start-up. Once I got it started from a local mechanic, 2nd time I got the bettery charged from the battery shop & it started. Then I took the byke to Sai Service. they kept it under observation for 2 day’s & found no prblem in Battery. They also checked the battery connection etc. & return the byke. the byke worked ok for 10-15 day’s. i also got the 1st free service done from Sai service. after the service again after 1 week it started giving me same proble. This is a brand new byke, but every time I when I go to start it, I am unsure whether it will start or no. It make me feel embarass when I take it in front of my friends.

please suggest, What I should do.
