this is to inform that after numerous complaint of faulty broadband service from last 2 months of connection no 0510-2322311 having complaint no 1015487873 no remedial action has been taken by bsnl. While approaching to higher official of BSNL GM DGM & SDO of jhansi (U.P east circle) they are just blaming each other and pass on there work but no action has been taken in this matter.This is the reason why our government companies are going into losses because officials sitting over there are reluctant to work and listen to customer’s problem.
If this attitude of BSNL will continue very soon the day will come it’ll lack behind in the race of competition,as there services are highly unsatisfactory.
