BLACKBERRY MOBILE HANDSET 9720 submitted to the service centre of blackberry in kolkata on 08/09/2015 vide service request no. 8031021755 and this handset has been regularly posing problems in usage as it keeps hanging and i have got it repaired at their service centre many times but every month this problem re occurs. I have requested them to give me a new handset which they refuse.
