Below is the summary of what was with airtel

I am Rahul and I am a one of the Airtel’s Customer who has been charged more bill again and again . they have waived off many time but now I am really pissed off by Airtel services and Airtel customer support representative.
Let me explain what exactly happened this time.
I requested for the change of plan to 99 for which approx gets generated is 99+12.33% tax(Which was made clear when I had a word with Airtel Representative (Also asked them to check the recordings )
In the billing period 17/8/2014 to 16/9/2014, bill generated 544.94
But in this bill 350 rupees of internet charges were included.
During the call for change of plan I never asked for internet plan but I guess airtel on its own add the plans and activate them.
When asked for this faulty bill, 350 was adjusted in the next bill by them but Can anyone let me know who will adjust the tax on 350(Which is 43.155) , they think Customers are stupid so that they can cheat them .
I paid 124 for that month
In the billing period 17/9/2014 to 16/10/2014 , bill got generated for 307.12 and the amount due was 378.08, And yet again after waiving off internet charges from last bill , they charged me again for internet charges , around 163.33
When I called them again first of all their Representative don’t have skills to talk to customer and they loose their patience very fast . Thier representative informed me that it will be adjusted but nothing got adjusted.
I again paid 124 for that month
In the billing period 17/10/2014 to 16/11/2014 , bill got generated 117.98 which was correct this time but the total due was 372.06 which was false and was due to airtel mistakes or their some kind of policy to cheat customer
I called them again and had a word with supervisor and he informed me that total amount I have to pay is around 150 and it will get reflected in the MY Account but after 4 days when I logged in the the total due is same (around 378) and complain is closed without my permission mentioning that all the amount is charged as per the plan , But who gave me that Plan when I never asked for .
