Faulty Air Conditioner and Voltage Stabalizer and horrible customer service

I bought an Air conditioner (Koryo) and Voltage Stabilizer(Koryo)from Big Bazar (Outer Ring Road, Tumkur High Way, (Near BEL Factory) Maruthi Nagar,, Nagashetty Halli, Bangalore, Karnataka)on 04-10-12.

The ordeal started from the day one, that is I was promised that the articles will be delivered to me by 1830 hrs. the same day as it was in an stock piece, for which I happily agreed.
However as expected it was not adhered to, and i was informed that since the piece was defective and their staff didnot check it before taking the order.

After six days the AC was installed and was found faulty as it was making a very loud sound,
when the same was informed and shown to the tecnician who came for the instalation, to our utter disbelief we were told that the sound was normal and would stop after a few days. When we didnot accept that the sound was normal, the technician said since he was not sure why the sound was coming and confirm with his team and get it corrected.
The sound was so loud that it was absolutely impossible for us to sit in the room for even ten minutes with the Air conditioner on. When we did not receive any communication from the technician the next day also, we called the Store Manager, Mr. Karthik, who after our insistence agreed to send another technician to our office.

The second technicion( yusuf), first agreed that the noise coming from the Air conditioner was not normal and tried to rectify it, however when he was not able to rectify the problem, he also started saying that it was normal. Since the sound was very loud we requested him to check with his technical team and get the concern sorted, to which he agreed. It took him two complete days to rectify the concern,and then he informed us the sound was because of the wrong installation.

On the 23rd of October 2012, the AC again stoped working,when we tried contacting the Service Center, there was no response from any of the telephone numbers mentioned in the user mannual.On thew 24th of October 2012,We contacted the Customer Service Personnel in Big Bazar, Mr. Bhupathi, who raised a complaint on our insistence, and told us that after 24 hours the service center people will contact us.As it was very suffocating to sit in a room during afternoons, we requested him to arrange for someone to visit our office the same day. The technician Mr. Yusuf called us on the 24th at 1445 hrs. and said he will come and check the AC immediately. However he did not turn up the entire day. The next morning we called him to inquire why he did not come or inform us, he said he was busy and will visit us on the 25th by 1030hrs., which again did not happen.
We called Mr. Bhupathi, who in turn called Mr. Yusuf and arranged for him to visit us. Mr. yusuf came at 1130hrs. and checked and found the Voltage Stabalizer faulty, he said get the stabalizer replaced. As we didnot know the correct chanel for replacement we requested him to help us replace to which he completely refused.
We then called Mr. Anand( Manager – Electronic deepartment)and requested him to send one of his store person with the stabalizer to our office. To our utter disbeliefe he was very rude and said it will take his people atleast four hours to have the stabalizer replaced and then the technician would fix it at his will.

I would like to put another point of relevence here i.e., I am suffering from chronic Sachroillitic, which restricts my movement a little. Since the day I bouth the Ac i had to visit there store three times, which caused me a lot of physical inconvenience. And the behaviour of the Future Group staff has caused me a lot of mental trauma.

Is this is the state of affair for an expensive article, we really dont know how they would treat people who buy all there household articles from them.
