Faulty AC Supply by (Kohinoor)

Respected Sir/Madam,
I Have Purchase New 1.50 ton AC of Blue Star companie just before 20 days
but AC are not cooling the are big problem in out door system, i am complaint in blue star company person are visit & told me there are gas problem we are change gas, but you are face 5 to 6 days against this problem,
i told him i don’t want any repair because this is a new AC if there are problem pls replace this but Blue Star Companies are not responding also i am visit Kohinoor shop told him all meter but his told me i am not responsible for this type of problem you can call blue star,
