i hav purchased tata photon + 4-5 months back.I was told that the working speed would be upto 5 mbps till 5 GB download and afterwards the speed would decrease to 512 kbps.But it functioned properly only for a month ,after that i am facing problem continously.Even after complaining with the customer care and the personnel of company many times they have not entertained my complaints at all .I also continued paying the monthly rental out of courtesy thinking my problem would be addressed but the customer care section has been really indifferent.I have not paid this month bill and would not pay until my problem is addressed.I want either my money back or want my photon device to be replaced/corrected.Please look into my problem.
