This is about my samsung galaxy s3 which i purchased 5 months back. The phone was problematic since the very first day and started giving multiple problems including delayed charging.On visiting the West Patel Nagar service centre,i got the data cable replaced and the phone was kept with them for 24 hours to rectify the problems.After about 2 months,the same problem regenerated and i took it to the Laxmi Nagar service centre ( Maa vaishnavi services). They kept the phone for 20-25 minutes and i was told that some part called PBA was burnt and i would have to pay INR 7500 to get it repaired.I was told by them that the service centre in which my phone was repaired earlier i.e, patel nagar would be answerable to my problem.I went there and got no positive response from the manager. My phone is still in warranty period and i have never got it repaired from anywhere outside the samsung service centre. I received a call from the customer care team in response to my mail but everything proved to be fruitless as there is no response from them since a week. I would like to get my cell phone repaired as it is still in warranty period.This is a really bad experience of mine with such a reputed brand and i am highly disappointed with the poor service it is providing. I am working and cannot afford to work without my phone.Also it is getting extremely hot when put on charging.In such a case, if it gets dead or anything worse happens, will samsung bear the cost ?
