I purchased a Samsung Washing machine (front loader) on 31st Jan 12. Well within warranty period, on 20 Jul 12 it developed a technical problem where display shows ‘dE’ error (door is not locked) and stopped working but physically door is locked. Very same day I lodged a complaint to ‘Customer Care Samsung’ vide complaint No 8439597952 and was assured for attendance of fault on next day i.e. 21 Jul 12 but no one turned up from the company. Again after repeated call, an unskilled technician was sent on 23 Jul 12 at 06:30pm. He tried to rectify the fault but could not do it. He handled the machine so badly. Finally he went back stating that some senior technician will attend the fault on next day (24 Jul 12). But till the date (its 26 Jul 12 today) none of the representatives from Samsung visited for the cause. I made so many calls to ‘customer care’ but nothing I could get other than assurance. Unservicability of my washing machine also caused me monetary loss as I had to hire the services of washer man since few of my family members were to go outstation.
Keeping above points in view, needful action may please be initiated for the same and let the justice prevail.

    Now as on 27 Jul 12 at 12:30 pm the problem is rectified by Samsung representative. No complaint now.
