i m a custemer of videocon d2h custemer no 12191843
i m exchanged my set top box on 27 dec 2012 for that i credited 1100 rs to my ac .offer was new HD set top box .one month platinum hd pack and 1200 rs bonus to my ac.
I recieved all offer but from that 1200 they deducted almost 525 rs for reinstallation charges but i allready given 1100 rs for installation
they not told about these deduction at time of enquiry.
Pls help me .
