Fatal/unscheduled bill generated

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: Vodafone

Hi,

I am billed 7200/- by Vodafone despite of having a credit limit of 1200/-. I have already notified the NODAL and APPELLATE officers regarding same and I am stil expecting a reply from them which is taking too much time.

So, I am frustatingly writing for this fraud done to me and hoping for a favourable advice or help in this.

    As already conveyed by our Nodal Officer, the charges are accurate and thus we will not be able to reverse the same.
