I bought a F&D home theatre system from ezoneonline.in(order id-2561000) on 12th june 2012 any they promised that they will deliver the product by 7-10 days but after 10 days i have not got any updates regarding product shipment. I mailed them 5 times only once they responded that my product will be shipped very soon. But till date no update has come from their side.I have been charged rs 3333 from my credit card.Kinly look in to the matter and do the needfull.
