Complaint against SBI Gorakshni Sasaram Branch (IFSC Code: SBIN0012578, Branch Code :012578)
I am Urmila Sinha w/o Lt. Anand lal. who passed away on 10/02/2014 was retired veterinary doctor in Bihar government his PPO No. is- 200911111275. He had taken pension from SBI Gorakshni Sasaram. I applied family pension on 31/03/2014.As for as discussion with Mr. Sanjay and Mr. Hawaldar who are employees of SBI Gorakshni Sasaram in pension department they said, it will take 90 to 120 days to complete the process and they also demanded Rs. 5000 as bribe for issuing of my family pension and when I denied they sent my documents without verifying of death certificates to Patna Branch whereas I submitted all the required documents as well as shown original certificate to them on 31/03/2014. Due to this fault SBI JC Road Patna returned the documents on 27/06/2014 having letter no: 1446. When I revisited SBI Gorakshni Sasaram branch on 4/07/2014 these people said that you are in Bihar and no any work completed on time without money.
Right now more than 180 days passed and there is no any information regarding my family pension whereas I visited many times to Sasaram and Patna branch and both are playing blame game on each other. Patna branch is saying they didn’t get documents back from SASARAM Branch, whereas Sasaram SBI Employees(Mr. Sanjay and Mr.Hawaldar) are saying they already sent documents.
Requesting to senior management SBI Branch to please provide me the right information why it has not been processed after so long of time and why bank is not providing any information to me. Shame on The corrupt persons like Mr. Sanjay and Mr. Hawaldar and these type of person should be punished.
Requesting you to please help me to complete it fast, other wise matter will be esclated to media and not only in india, but all over the world.
