I have purchased Nokia Lumia 520 on 23 April 2013 . in Aug month phone was automatically shutdown and charging was not happening there . when i contact Nokia service center they asked me 1850 for repairing while mobile was under warranty . i refused too pay and given to mobile in another local shop . As the phone is smart phone and its parts are not available in market so local mobile expert could not also repaired the phone ..
Again when i contacted to service centre they are asking 6000 Rs as they are saying whole PCB should be changed and mobile is totally destroyed

    Locating a Nokia Care Centre (NCC) is very Easy !
    SMS “NCC” & send it to 55555, within few seconds you will receive the list of NCCs in that city.

    No resolution of my complain till date . I suggest everyone never purchase nokia phones as there customer response is worst in the world

    WORST service i have seen ever no action taken till now . i request everybody dont purchase nokia phone ever .. i will broadcast this message in facebook community .

    Very right Mr. Kushal, I also bought a Nokia Lumia 520 which was defective piece as when I used its camera key first time, It did not work. They repaired it and within one month it is not working again. interestingly phone gets switched off on its own quite frequently as well. So it shows the quality of the hardware. Thanks God I did not purchase a high end Lumia which I planned earlier to have a windows phone.

    thanks Swapnesh Paliwal for giving your feedback about nokia and its servcies . i am going to create NOKIA LUMIA DISLIKE community in face book . i would like to each and every one join this page and dislike such type of fruad foregin comany . it will help indians to kick out NOKIA and same types of comapines from india .

    poorest service i have reciveved from NOIKA customer
