This is a Long pending issue…
1. I was sold SC Manhattan credit Card in 2012 in Bangalore. I was told that card will NOT be renewed for next year unless I
ask for it.
2. Hardly used it for 4-5 K
3. Paid everything what i recall.
4. However, card renewal charges and then other charges had compounded. I never understood all that.
In order to close the above I had called at least 4-5 times and chain of emails to try closing the matter. This
was extremely frustrating experience! phone lines getting disconnected and all customer care officers
showing no real intention of clarifying. Just sending emails with no clarity on the subject why I need to pay.
5. Finally, based on my telephonic conversation with a lady customer agent, she asked me to pay Rs 507.55.
I paid that amount & considered the matter closed.
6. I reconfirmed this by sending 3 emails. NO RESPONSE AGAIN. So I sent SC an email again stating that
matter is closed from my side.
7. However, the bill continues coming & now its over 3.5k again!
For a card which I have hardly used for 3-4 k, I am asked to pay again & again.
Need your help in resolving the matter.What i want is:
1. SC clearly shows how much I need to pay and why in 1 clear communication.
2. Removal of nonsense charges
I don’t live in Bangalore but in Singapore now.
