Dear Sir/Madam,
I tried to make a transaction of Rs 15000 on -09-08-12. My transaction did not complete and system hung and after that Rs 15000 debited to my account. Now I am waiting for the amount to be credited to my account. i confirmed from bank and they say that it is a successful transaction. Please, help me what to do with Such bank.
