I am a tikona internet user .From past 15 days i am getting too much net fluctuation issue . I have register more than 20 complaints but every time they just give me a time period of 24 hours and after that nothing happens , there executive says that ur problem is closed from our end ie resolved but nothing actually happens because i face same issue so i have to register complaint again. I have doing this for more than 15 days but nothing happens . After i strictly asks them to fix it they just give a temporary solution for a day and after that i am down to the same problem infact even if net is working then also there is very less speed as they promise , nearly half . There executive do nothing else rather than assuring .Even they promised me that they will send an engineer to my place yesterday but even they didnt. I just want to have my problem as i have paid the sum and didnt receiving what was promised earlier by company.
