This is regarding non-shipment of my product(mobile phone) by an online consumer durable site – timtara.com.
I placed an order for a mobile phone on 27th of june 2012 by paying them advance by means of debit/credit card.
Their shipment policy states that the products get delivered within 10-20 days of time but today it is 23rd of june and my product is still awaiting shipment,forget about the delivery.
I called the customer care executive several times but I get only one answer every time that product is out of stock.
If the product is out of stock the internet site should not accept the orders and if they have received the advance payment for that then it is their duty to deliver the product within stipulated period of time.
Please see to it as this conduct is not acceptable and a strict action will act a check on this kind of conduct in future.
