On 6th July, 2012 I received a sms on my Tata Docomo Number 9836206022 that if I recharge with Rs 27,all local calls to any Tata number would be 1p/6sec and STD numbers will be 1p/3sec along with 100 local tata to tata minutes free for two months. On the same day I recharged with the mentioned value. I received all the above mentioned offers except 100 local Tata to Tata free minutes. When contacted customer care they said me to contact a Tata Docomo Store, and when I went to the store they said me that they do not have any information regarding this. Then whom am I to complain for all these deceptive trade practices??
Please help me against this.
