On Jan.14,2012 we booked Aakash tablet Ubislate7+ in the confirmation mail from Datawind it was told that product will be delivered in March 2012 which was not catered, the communication tools available on company site doesn’t work are useless.Also didn’t send any confirmation for the cheque which we sent in the month of March 2012. Somehow was able to contact the firm and was told that the tablet will be delivered in the end of june, 2012 which again they have failed to do so..what a useless firm who is seating on my money without delivering the product…the product has also became outdated as doesn’t have any latest features..one can get good product by spending 1k more on other companies.
