False Promises

Name of company/service: Vodafone

Called vodafone care to activate internet pack on 23-March-2013 and the representative said activation has been done and within 4 hours internet pack will be activated. So i started using Internet after 5 to 6 Hrs from activatio. Now when i recieve my bill they are saying that the internet pack has been activated on 25th and i have to pay bill for internet used on 24th. So because of false promosie made by representative i have to pay Rs.689.00 as i have used internet on 24th March and according to representative the internet should have been activated by that time.
