False promise By Tata Photon, Carelessnes

I recharged my photon number 9247433181
with 750 rs .it says first 3.5 gb at the speed of 3Mbps and when you finish the limit the speed will be restored to 155 Kbps.But I have never got 150 kbps speed even though signal strength is 95%, The speed is always below 15 kbps.
When I call customer care they gave some instructions ,i did, but no improvement in speed. then they said email my query to
[email protected]. I did, but they started saying you have to go to I-care center, all those things are really annoying..Where do people have time for all these things.we pay money but we do not get proper service. This problem is there from November.
