we are surprised by the service that we received from regal on the 1st event when we visited the showroom to complain regarding the fading of the brand new sandal they said nothing can be done. again when we visited the showroom they took the shoes and send for repolish but again in vain the colour is still fading. yesterday again we visited the store but they did not assist for the same. they mentioned that nothing can be done & said that will receive call from the manager but havent recieved any call. can you assist us with the same as they have bluffed us with false product.
