I have been trying to get the information for the NetConnect charges that Vodafone has levied against my postPaid connection. But even after n number of follow ups on mail / call I am not able to get the proper details from them. I have never used NetConnect service on my mobile but seeing charges against that really came as a surprise for me and to make it worse customer care never listen / reply to your query and rather cooks up the allegation that customer is actually not willing to pay the bill. Even their nodal officer seams to be a deaf person.
