False Marketing Promises

I had my number ported from Tata Docomo to Airtel on 14/6/17 and since then it has just been all trouble for me. First activation process itself which normally takes an hour or so maximum took an entire day to complete. My frustration started to build up there only as this is the only number I use for past 10 years.
The Airtel website is offering 10 GB bonus 4G data to customers with 4G handsets who opt for their infinity 499 plan.
And the local representative who visited me said that it would be 20GB instead for next 6 months. So in all I will get 5GB from the plan, 2GB from the Airtel App and bonus 20GB but I did not get it till now after loggin my complaint a couple of times.
They just sit there making you waste your precious time calling their customer care for nothing. Worst part is they keep your service request open for 3 days so that you wait with some expectations then you get to know that the service request is closed without any resolution and without even someone calling you about it.
I am very disgusted with Airtel. I am just waiting for 3 months after which I am definitely going to get rid of Airtel.
AIRTEL IS THE WORST COMPANY IN TELECOM TO DEAL WITH. I just wish to advertise this everywhere.
