Name of company/service: ABN-AMRO Bank ( Now RBS Bank)
I was posted in Delhi in 2008, I opened saving account with ABN-AMRO bank in Sept 2008. The very first statement come to me claiming an outstanding loan of 58000/- but the fact is that i never avail any loan from any institution. I complaint about it in written sent legal notice to bank, in spite of that they have defaulted me to Credit Information Bureau of India, Due to this I m unable to get credit card/loan & harassed mentally and physically. Please help me.
