False job commitment charges

Hi,

My name is Deepak Dhami. Dream Job Consultancy called me for job openings and said If i become a paid member, I will get 3-4 interviews per week. However, once i submitted the amount of RS. 2000/- for getting interviews, they asked to deposit Rs. 1000/- more to give a certain aptitude test.

They never offered a single interview to me and kept on saying that we will generate some interviews for you shortly. They took the money on 16 June and have not offered a single interview. It is almost 3 months and they have done nothing but just false promises. When I insisted on refund, they started ignoring my calls and mails. I went to their many times but they did not refunded my money.

I met their director and got a document signed by them saying that they will refund the money int he account but I have not received it till date.
