False Information

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: eZeeCloudInfoServesPvt Ltd / Shushant Resort

I had booked a room for holidays with Shushant Resort through eZee Cloud Infoserves Pvt Ltd on 18/6/2013. I was given a reservation and booking confirmation on the same day. on 24/6/2013 I received a messages from EZEE Cloudserves Pvt Ltd, stating the following:

On 24 June 2013 18:40, eZeeClolud Bookings wrote:
Dear Mr Rohan,

Sorry to inform you that your booked room type is not available on the requested dates. So please let us know whether you wish to go for another room type or any alternate hotel or we will refund your money back.

When I called then back they informed me that I can book 2 other rooms by paying some extra amount.

This is not justified, if there was a mistake on their behalf, they should take care of it. Y should I suffer by paying extra. The question is not about money, its about Commitment, Customer Service, Providing the right information, good service.
