false deduction of balance from a service name late night masti..fraud

Name of company/service: tata docomo

I m shashank maheshwari. I just baught a new sim of tata docomo 8983523779. After recharge they deduct around 15 rs from my account.when i call the customer care he tells me that i have clicked on a event name LATE NIGHT MASTI. I told him that i did not click on any event.then i ask him about late night masti.he said he dont know….ultimately this us fraud by TATA DOCOMO…worst customer service…:-(:-(
