False Communication and Misguided the coustmer

This is regarding cancellation of room with id ” 1312240110″from Clear trip
I had booking for 2 nights in”Mayur” but due to sudden death at home we had cancelled the trip.I myself had cancelled the rooms bookings by calling to the hotel directly that this is the situation and we won’t be able to come.The response was really surprising one of executive “Sanath” that we can utilize the service later on.

Now when I called up for the room.They are saying that I again have to make the booking.Really???What was about the prior commitment.
