I had made the booking to Leh for me and my wife on May 03 for the travel between June 24, 2012 to July 01, 2012.I had made the booking online through their Gurgoan office, At the time of booking, I was assured that I would get an additional cash back of Rs1000 per pax and shopping vouchers of Rs 10,000 per pax within 1 month of travel by their representatives Mohammad Arif, Nazeeb Khan and Vidushi Aggarwal. Needless to say that till date I have not got the cash back or the shopping voucher despite several reminders mails and phone calls. Can someone help me to get the committed vouchers and cash back to me. I would never ever travell through MMT again and would also recommend others for the same.
