False commitment of giving full 2 Years warranty and no response from the Canon Company even after filing a complaint with them

I purchased a Canon Powershot A3200IS this month with which i got 2 years warranty but for the 2nd Year, I had to register on their website. When i got registered on 14-06-2012 for the same, my Warranty Period was deducted on it’s own by one month without any clarification or intimation. When i filed a complaint on their site for the same, they confirmed to contact me through mail or call within next 2 days but they didn’t.

You are requested to kindly look into this fraud by the company and revert me back as soon as possible.
