false commitment and mentally harrasment by HDFC bank credit card department

i have a credit card of hdfc bank whose credit limit is 15000 rupees bank always give false commitment and give threat to me.
they charged 2000 rupees against a ticket of 273/- INR only and there is so many unidentified amount which are include in my credit card statement
employee of bank told me that submit 16000/- INR
(after deducting erroneous amount) and close your credit card. i agree with this than she told me to deposit 16000/- INR to your nearest hdfc branch against your credit card and after this when i told her to provide an authorized mail of closing or surrendering of card she argument with me and after that she give threat to me and one of the employee of bank comes to my home and give threat to my mother when i am out of city.
sir i want solution of my problem i can pay his actual amount but with out any mentally harassment
