False Commitment

Name of company/service: Clin Biotech Pvt. Ltd. , Chennai, India

Respected Sir/ Mam,
I paid Rs- 7000/- to Clin Biotech Pvt. Ltd. on their assured job interview within week of the payment. But till after two month I didn’t get any interview schedule.
Before taking service, their business executive called me so many times and confirmed me that they have relevant job opening once I make the payment they will arrange the direct interview within the week but unfortunately I didn’t get it right now. Whenever I called them they either didn’t pick the phone or they misguided me. When I told them please return my Money because you didn’t provide me committed service they are telling me it is non-refundable amount.

Sir I am an unemployed so I am loosing my time and money both.

you can understand my financial problem please help me either to getting their committed service or money back.

I have hope for the justification from you people please help me sir.
