false commitment

Name of company/service: reliance mobile

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using ur Service for about more than 1& half year by using mobile no. 07428480066 & satisfied with ur services.

But yesterday i called on 151 to know the best offer about STD calls & i was told that if i recharge with Rs.148/-, i would be getting 320 min. to call all over India with the validity of 30 days so i recharged my no. with Rs.148/- to avail this offer & the same offer i had already availed last month but i surprised by getting the confirmation message through ur SMS that (recharge of 148 successful. Enjoye free 500 R2R local minutes & 500 local other mobile minutes. validity 30 days)

Then i called today to ur toll free no.198 & inform ur exeuctive Mr.Anirudth & Mr.Rajeev about the wrong offer provided by you but they are strict to thier words that this offer has been changed and now on recharge of Rs.148/-.you will get 500 R2R local minutes & 500 local other mobile minutes. validity 30 days & saying that we cannot do anything for you & u have to consume this talk time for ur local calls but i do not have any requirement of locals call plan then how can i consume these local minutes.

but when i am calling again on 151 to search some STD call tariff it is again informing about the same offer of 320 min. to call all over india with the validity of 30days which ur executive has denied for.

I am very disappointed that ur informing us about ur tariff plans & when we r recharging accordingly ur r giving us the different offers.

why r u cheating ur trusted customers like this.

This is not the matter of Rs.148/- but ur playing with ur trusted customers and loosing your goodwill in the market.

Plz. revert ASAP if u can do something OR i will raise this matter into the consumer forum.
