False Comitment

Name of company/service: Vodafone

During a promotion call from the vodafone executive for the postpaid number, i was promised a scheme in which one vodafone local number will be unlimited free during first three months and after that RS 49 will be monthly charged for that pupose.It was also told that I won`t be reqiured to visit the vodafone store for activation of the same.

Now after taking the no.(9999170341), which get activated on 3rd June,2012, I am not able to get that scheme activated on my no. from the vodafone care nor from calling 121 and also not frm *121*15#.

I had made various calls to customer care at 111 and 198, but did not get any satisfactory reply. I have also also went to vodafone main store at Sector-3, Rohini, where a mail was forward regarding the issue on 6th June, 2012. It was told to me that the scheme will be activated on my in 3 days. But after 3 days the same was not activated. While asking about this from vodafone care at 111 and 198, they told that they are not having any information regarding the mail forwarded by the main store.
