False Claim of EMIs for loan that was never taken

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: BAJAJ FINANCE

This is wrt the second fake loan account #400DPL00305611 (Earlier one being 4000CD184203). I am being charged for a Loan account that I have never taken from bajaj finance over last 2 months.There is no update for my e-mails either.And god knows how to get through the customer care executives over the phone.Their IVR system has absolutely no means to reach out to a executive.This is not done.

Would request to look into this asap and I dont want such fake accounts created in my name ever again.You have done it twice and I am no longer patient enough to do this process over and over again.
Please update your records with the correct details and refund me of the EMIs that were charged from me till date on this paticular loan account
