I purchased a 2 tb western digital caviar green hard drive from flipkart online services.i made advance payment through debit card.i was promised to get the product within 2-3 business days.but unfortunately it reached me after a substantial delay. adding to my bad fortune the product was found defective.i tried to make it work by process told by them.but it didnt work.as per company’s policy iwas promised to get a replacement.but till date no pickup of the defective product wasnt done by their courier partner tough it was supposed to happen much earlier.eventually they given me date of 3 rd june by which pickup would happen and the process would be completed within 6 th of june. now they dosent reply to my email.their customer service is non responsive.i lost almost 5,500 rupees on this to get a defective product.please help me.
