false charges in my vodafone bill

I am being harassed with fakse charges in my vodafone bill last 6 months.
every time I complaint they just dramatise of complaint being registered and will take action
l visited their galleries n personally cancelled other services other than my rental n asked for a mail for that on my personal mail id.
till date i havnt received ny mail n neither d false charges for data plan has been removed
i need some way back to kick them in d right way
